1. Is the EU Student eCard Conference & Training an on-site or online event?

The EDSSI L2 EU Student eCard Conference & Training is an on-site event taking place in Humboldt University of Berlin, Berlin (Germany). However, the plenary sessions during the conference will be recorded and made available on EUF YouTube channel later on.

2. Do I have to pay any fees to attend the EU Student eCard Conference & Training?

No, participation to the event is free of charge. However, registration is compulsory. 

3. When is the deadline for registration?

Deadline for registration is June 3rd.

4. Can I cancel my registration?

Yes, you can cancel your registration. In case you need to cancel your registration, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting us via this form.

5. How can I fund my travel to the EU Student eCard Conference & Training?

If you require any documentation to cover your expenses for the event or would like to utilise Erasmus+ individual staff training funds to contribute towards your participation expenses, please contact us via this form.

We suggest that you also contact the relevant department or faculty at Humboldt University for job shadowing meetings to make the best out of your travel to Berlin.

6. I’m unsure if my registration has been confirmed or not.

If you clicked “sign up” on the registration form, your registration has been saved in the system. Please note that confirmation emails are being sent manually and only if requested. If you require a confirmation email, please contact us via this form.

7. Why is it necessary to provide my ID number during registration?

We will be using an ID scanner to expedite the on-site check-in process. That’s why we kindly ask you to provide your ID number. This will facilitate identification at the venue, making it faster, easier, and digital for both participants and organisers.
