By registering you agree to the terms and conditions indicated in this page to participate in the event and you also agree that the EUF and the EDSSI project Consortium will process some personal data contained within the registration form (such as name, surname, email address, phone number, institution/company and institution/company name) as well as some potentially sensitive data (health issues, special requirements) for the purposes of enabling you to attend the event and to provide reporting information in relation to the event. In this regard, your data will be recorded and stored on the EUF’s storage solutions for the next five years following the end of the EDSSI project (August 2027), to fulfill auditing requirements. Please also note that photos and video recordings will be taken during the event and they might be used by the organisers in connection with public relation or advertisement activities (both print and online publications).
